What is a solar cooker? Why solar cook? What foods can be solar cooked?
This talk will consider solar cooking from the perspectives of advocacy, research and building solar cooking capacity around the world.
Included will be an overall consideration of solar cooking from the perspectives of children’s well-being, women’s empowerment, family health, and preventing deforestation.
